Good to know before you install.
Do I need an account?
No. Sync uses the Apple Account you’re already signed in to.
Does it save the whole article?
Yes. The full text and pictures, so it still opens after the page is gone.
Does Laytr download videos?
No. A video is saved as a link with its title and picture.
Does it get around paywalls?
No, never.
Is there AI or auto-tagging?
Not in this version. Laytr files things the way you tell it to.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, hidden or locked. Only adding pauses above 30 saves.
Which languages does Laytr speak?
English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian and Portuguese (Brazil) on iPhone and iPad. The Mac app is in English.
